Look at fear with compassion, then let it go by giving yourself a chance
What are you afraid of? Being aware of what we fear is another step out of our comfort zone. Fear is the greatest way we use to self-sabotage ourselves. True story. By allowing fear to rule our lives, we miss out on wonders. I’m not talking about doing spooky stuff, but simple things like wearing a very colorful swimming suit or sharing our picture on our blog. I’m talking about small things that have great consequences.
