When you go into a fear spiral mode, you catch yourself in it, or when you realize that you repeated a pattern again: choose again, choose love. I know it’s difficult, but by choosing again, you’re in a win-win scenario.
Choose again, choose love
I’ve been for a long time at the bottom of a pit. There, everything was gloomy, and all my spark faded away. However, once I chose myself again, I started rolling back to my own well-being. To do so, I had to realize about my own shadows, accept them, release them by forgiving myself and not starting a war-zone scenario against them or myself every time I would find myself repeating one of the patterns.
I came across Gabrielle Bernstein’s book “The Universe has your back” [Affiliate link], and it was exactly what I needed to realize that I had to choose again. No one can be happy all of the time, but you can feel way better by coming back to your peace. You only need to choose so. It is actually harder to do than to say, but it’s totally worth it. Every time I catch myself rumbling again into the shadow, I just forgive myself and simply choose again.
I do it a lot.
You can’t be happy all the time, but you can undoubtedly choose again. It is how fast you choose love again that will make you feel happy and centered. It will make you feel good and at peace.

Just be mindful and do not judge yourself because you chose fear. You need to be kind to yourself (I know, that can be very difficult). As I said in previous lessons, we tend to be our worst trolls. So, when you catch yourself choosing fear, do not judge yourself. Be gentle, forgive yourself, and consciously choose again.
