Six of Crows Collector’s Edition

Leigh Bardugo’s Six of Crows Collector’s Edition [The Book Depository] [Waterstones] is a jewel. I got it today, and I squealed with delight when I saw it. It’s just perfect. The black and red cover is shiny and similar to the Language of Thorns. I hope that this means that we’ll soon see a Crooked Kingdom Collector’s Edition. The covers inside have the maps from the books, and they’re bloody amazing. Literally: blood colored and spooky like hell. This edition also comes with a message from the author and amazing artwork inside.

Chapters have different decorations at the beginning depending on the focussed character. And, at the end of the book, we get the team drawn by Kevin Wada. I’ve read this book two times already, but I plan to reread it using this excellent edition. The red sprayed pages and the design are not just on point, but incredibly delightful.

If you love bookish tattoos, then you’re going to love this edition even more. There are enough tattoo ideas in it as to get many wonderful designs. I’ll read Six of Crows again while I wait for King of Scars. If you’re new in the Grishaverse, get this book and enjoy a team of misfits who plot a magical heist like Ocean’s 11. But it’s way better than the movies!

It looks like we’ll enjoy Nina’s sass in King of Scars. I won’t spoil anything now (just in case you haven’t read this treasure of a book yet), but Nina is one of the best characters in the book. The whole team is fantastic, to be honest. But she rocks (and so does Jesper, Kaz, and well… all of them!)

Recently I’ve seen more books with sprayed edges. I just love them! I have quite a collection thanks to the FairyLoot. However, there are never enough books with sprayed pages in your collection, is it? Red and black is a strong combination, but Six of Crows Collector’s Edition [The Book Depository] [Waterstones] deserves the harsh treatment. Don’t miss this edition!
