How To Get Your Affiliate Game On
How to get your affiliate game on for your blog can be very confusing. Fortunately, since I started using Affiliate Window, aka AWIN, everything has changed. It’s super easy to use, and you get a great selection of sites to join. For example, if you’re a lifestyle blogger, you’ll find tons of great advertisers and websites in AWIN. But, if you’re all about geek items, books, and comic books like me, it also works perfectly.
In fact, finding an easy platform where to connect with a vast array of advertisers is difficult. Fortunately, AWIN makes things easy for you.
First of all, it has many advertisers in different locations. For example, Book Depository. I use it a lot, and I like to promote it as well. You can use the worldwide advertiser, or you can use the US one. This is just to give you an example.
Second, it has a vast amount of different advertisers, so it’s very likely that you’ll find regarding the topic of your blog. In my case, I like to review books, comics, and all things geek. You can find even furniture and even wine advertisers. If you have used those products and are a fan, why not promote them through affiliate links on your blog?
Third, it’s easy to create affiliate links with AWIN. One thing that I hate the most is having to compose part of the affiliate link. AWIN has a straightforward tool to produce accessible links or full HTML ones. And, if you still feel lost, you can always check their wiki.
Four, AWIN collects all your money and pays you without kicking you out of the system if you make few in a while. Amazon affiliates has a problem: if you haven’t made enough money or any money during a particular time, you’re kicked out from the system. AWIN will keep it for you until you get the threshold and they’ll pay you. What if you can’t write anything on your blog for months? No problem, no one is going to kick you out from AWIN.
Five, you decide your minimum payment threshold. You can choose to be paid when you arrive at 20USD. But you could select other options, like 100, 500, or even 1000.
Six, depending on the advertiser you get a significant amount of banners to choose. Some advertisers have less banners than others, however, the ones I work with have quite a bunch. I mostly use links, since for me it’s more comfortable. I do know that some bloggers like to use banners more than others.
Seven, creating an account is very cheap, around 5USD, that they’ll return as soon as you reach your first affiliate threshold. If you set the minimum to 20USD, you’ll get your fee very soon. Also, creating the account is very easy as well.
I’ve been using AWIN for many years now, and I couldn’t be happier. Compared to other affiliates I’m enroled, they’re super easy to use, and creating links is very fast. They have so many options that I only enroll to other affiliates if I have no other choice.
If you’re a blogger and want to start your affiliate game soon, I highly recommend AWIN. I’ve got great results, and I couldn’t be happier. [The affiliate links you find in my book and comic book reviews here come from Book Depository; it can be easily found in AWIN.]
So, don’t be shy and consider starting your affiliate game with AWIN Their system is easy, fast, and you can choose from a lot of advertisers.

I love AWIN. It’s so easy to use, and they hold your link cookies for a good 30 days too which is awesome. Great post – so informative.
Yes!! I love AWIN! For me it works a lot because of all the geeky stuff and the books 😀 They’re great, easy to use, and fair 🙂 I couldn’t be happier. [Thank you!]
I didn’t know the book depository was on AWIN!
Yup! That’s one of the reasons I use AWIN too 😉 I buy tons of books online, and mostly on book depository 🙂 You have two: bookdepository (general) and bookdepository (US) 🙂 I’m sure you can get in the programs without any trouble 😀 You’ve already reviewed many books 🙂
