How to cover your books and comic books like a pro!

Today I want to share with you how to cover your books and comic books like a pro. I’ve been putting clear covers on my trades and books to keeping them safe since times immemorial. Even my mother has used me as the official librarian of the family: when I go back home I know I’ll be putting covers on books!

Why do I cover my books and comic books? I want to make sure that the paper covers are protected. Most paperbacks and trades can be damaged very quickly. Using clear covers allows me to keep them safe and to enjoy the covers in all their glory.

I know. Using clear covers on my trades sounds like an alien thing to do. However, I do want those trades to last me until the Sun explodes. And since I read them regularly, again and again, I need to make sure that my sweaty hands don’t damage the covers in any way.

Clear covers are the main reason you see some undefined mass behind me in the videos. Clear files make it harder to take pics of the books and comics you’ve kept safe forever. But that’s a small price to pay to make sure your babies are safe.

Try this technique and let me know how it goes 🙂 Happy covering!
