Organize your Blogging Schedule with dePepi’s cute Blog Post Calendars
Blogging can be difficult, especially if you are busy with other things like your job and family. To organize your blogging schedule is a solution, but sometimes that can be messy too. Today I want to share with you how I organize my blogging schedule with these cute blog post calendars that I created for myself. I print them out and use them to track what I’m going to talk about every day. Sometimes I have no time and I have to skip posting, however having a schedule programmed helps me a lot. To be organized is paramount to be able to be a happy writer.
Let’s take a look at my blog post calendars and then I’ll tell you how I organize myself. Perhaps this will come in handy for you as well.

This is the monthly schedule that I use to write the titles of the posts that will appear on my blog. I might modify the titles and the final content later on, but this allows me to have a pretty good idea of what I will end up writing about. My problem is I want to write about too many things in a very short time, and I have no time to do it! So, I have to decide when to write and publish the ideas that come to my mind and that I want to write about.

Then I use the week calendar to refine my ideas and the contents. This helps me not forgetting what my idea was about and what I wanted to say. And yes, I end up printing more of these than the monthly one, obviously.
So, basically what I do is to write down on a normal sheet all my ideas and topics so that I can remember all of them. Then I sort them out throughout the month, and then I use the week calendar to keep track of the original ideas for every post. Of course, after a while, my ideas mutate and change. But I think that’s cool since it gives spice to my posts.
I won’t let you see any spoilers, but it actually looks like this for me:
Here I don’t include the flash ideas that I might have and that I might end up adding on a given day. I need more hours in the day to be able to write all the things that I have in my mind and that I’d love to share. But, I am happy I use this simple system to keep track of everything and know what to post when.
Please feel free to download both files and print as many as you want. Click on the images and download them. I hope that you find them useful!
