Fandom Friday: 5 Fandom Roles I’d Love To Play
This week’s fandom Friday original topic was 5 Broadway roles I’d love to play. However, I’ve decided to bend it a little because I’m not so good with Broadway. So, I decided to go with fandom roles. Thought it might sound simple, it isn’t because deciding who I would like to play, among all the characters that I love the most, it’s quite difficult! (Although you might already have an idea of who will be on my list!)
Let’s go for it!
1. Loki of Asgard!!
You already knew he was going to be here! I’d love to play Loki, in his male/female versions. The number one trickster! Either from the MCU, Marvel comics, Mythology, or Supernatural (Loki/Gabriel) version. As long as it’s Loki, it’ll be fine for me. Oh yes! My body is ready!
2. Iron Man.
A genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist! Who wouldn’t like to play him! Only that my version would be female version of Iron Man, so, it would be Iron Woman. And I would keep the GBPP. You can start imagining all the parties, and my personal Pepper Potts trying to make me reason. Oh! How sweet!
3. Gamora.
The kickass green lady! I would need tons of training to keep up with the level Saldana had to play her. But, I bet it would be awesome! I wouldn’t mind being in the gym and then spend some hours putting all the makeup on. I just love this character too much! Again, MCU or Marvel comics versions are fine for me.
4. Sam.
I know he goes through a lot, but, I’d love to play his character. It’s quite complicated, and fun, and oh! Those puppy eyes! Besides, who wouldn’t like to play along with a Dean and salt some demons? And, the best part: I would end up meeting a Ruby, a Loki, Crowley, Charlie… The list is long! Yay! Let’s dance!
5. Sherlock.
When I say Sherlock I am referring to the Cumberversion and the Downeyversion. Both, both is good. And for different reasons. The Cumberversion is cool, sociopathic and incredibly alluring. The Downeyversion is fun, crazy and astonishing. So, since I cannot decide which of these two Sherlocks I prefer, I choose both to play! And it would be loads of fun!! Now I just need the perfect Watson! Let’s ship it together!!

I love this! I was just thinking we should do a “if I were a villain I’d be…” one Friday. Because I would rock Loki. I listen to Everybody Wants to Rule the World by Lorde and imagine a music video featuring Loki. Every time.

Most definitely! He’s the greatest! I’ve been reading Loki: Agent of Asgard and he’s just the greatest ever. He’s the reason I’m dying to read the next Age of X novel. IDK if you read Richelle Mead’s work, but you Age of X series is based on the Norse gods and Loki appeared at the end of the last book. And ever since I’ve been beside myself. How long does a girl have to wait for the next book?

Oh the twist makes me want to write my first 5 fandom, I too struggle with Broadway, but I can think of tons of Fandoms I would want to do. Would you mind if I borrowed the idea?

Love your twist on the prompt! I know almost nothing about musicals, but I definitely know a thing or two about these characters:P I think Sam would be the most fun to play, despite all the stuff that happens to him. But Gamora would be a really fun role too!

I like your twist and totally agree with the first three! I thought I didn’t know much about broadway when I started my list but then I realised a lot of popular plays have been put on there and they aren’t all highbrow. Gamora and Loki would be such kick-ass and complex parts to play.
